Step-By-Step Access – Usage Reports

We want accessing your district-wide reports to be as easy as possible. Below you will find step-by-step instructions for these Usage Reports.

Let’s get started!

1. Go to

If you do not have a account, click on the SIGN UP window, located in the upper right corner of the screen. If you already have an account, click on the LOG IN window.

2. Enter Username and Password

Once you’ve created an account, enter your username and password. We want to save you time, so now the screen has the ability to remember usernames and passwords, if your preferences allow.

3. Enter your QuaverCode!

The Log In screen is also the best place to enter a QuaverCode if you have recently purchased access to a new Quaver program. You’ll receive this 6-digit code in an email and use it here (just once!) to connect your Quaver account to your new resources.

Click the blue CLICK HERE button to open a new text field:

Then enter the QuaverCode you received. You’ll only need to do this once and then you can forget it!

4. Access your Supervisor-only Resources

Once you’ve logged in, you can select either the SUPERVISOR tab, located at the bottom of the screen, or the yellow TEACHER ACCESS Bus Stop signlocated on the lower left side.

5. Open Usage Reports

You will be directed to the Supervisor Dashboard, a hub for all supervisor-only resources. Go to the top of the bulletin board and click the Usage Report Icon.

6. Run Report

Your Usage Reports will open in a new window with a blank report. Click RUN REPORT on the right side of the screen to generate a report for the last week.

7. Read the Results

Your report includes metrics on every registered licensee in your district. They are listed in the first column by their school name and username.

Each column represents a different tracked metric – from left to right:

  • Options: A link to their GradeBook if it exists
  • Programs: A representation of the programs they own (ES: Essentials, CP: ClassPlay, CM: Curriculum)
  • Lessons: The number of Curriculum lessons opened in the time period selected
  • Episodes: The number of Essentials episodes viewed in the time period selected
  • CP Songs: The number of ClassPlay songs launched in the time period selected
  • IWB’s: The number of Interactive Whiteboard Activities opened in the time period selected
  • PD: The number of Professional Development lessons opened in the time period selected

8. Adapt the Dates

Manipulate the data by selecting a wider date range from the Start and End dates at the top of the screen. Click RUN REPORT again to see the updated report.

Note: We recommend leaving the time settings below the date at N/A. Restricting the time to 12 a.m. to 12 a.m. only searches for data launched at exactly 12 a.m. The best data comes without setting time restrictions.

9. Dig into the Data

Click the blue number representing any metric to learn more about the data.
