QuaverBooks—a mobile-friendly version of the venue books you know and love—shine a spotlight on musical styles and composers from throughout music history!

QuaverBooks are engaging digital books that include interactive content and are accessible to teachers and students from any computer or mobile device. Our collection currently covers 21 topics, with both a Basic and Advanced level within each, for a total of 42 books. These fast-paced digital books touch on everything from Classical composers and Madrigal singers to modern Folk music, Blues, Jazz, Country, and much more!

3) Choose a QuaverBook Topic

Scroll through all the options to select the genre you want to explore, and click to open!

4) Select either Basic or Advanced book

Once you open the specific QuaverBook topic, select either the Basic or Advanced book! The Basic book is tailored to students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade. It’s more picture based and has just 4–8 pages. For older students, the Advanced book offers more details and deeper cross-curricular connections.

5) Start exploring!

QuaverBooks provide a wealth of interactive resources to expand students’ knowledge of musical genres and history by allowing them to:

  • Listen to audio samples

  • Learn about influential artists

  • And even learn how to write a song!

QuaverBooks can also be accessed from the QStudentApp with any teacher or student account!

In the coming months, we plan to add quizzes to these books, as well as the functionality to assign them to students from your QuaverMusic.com account.

Check out QuaverBooks this week, and let us know how your students respond!
