There’s no better time than the beginning of a new school year to make certain your classroom technology is up to date and ready to make the most of your Quaver teaching resources!

To make this process even easier than ever, we’ve created the Quaver Tech Checkup to do all the heavy lifting for you – with just one click!

Simply visit on the computer you use in your classroom and click the Quaver Tech Checkup menu and button to run. Then sit back and relax while we run a quick check of the most common tech hiccups Quaver users face.

We’ll check to make sure you have an updated version of Adobe Flash, measure the bandwidth you’re receiving, and look for any possible problems with video or audio being blocked to your device. If we run across any problems, we’ll tell you how to fix them so you can get on with the good work of teaching your eager new students!

It may take a minute or so to process, but when complete you’ll get a report like this one:

Maybe you’re teaching with a new computer this year – or your trusty old computer has been in the IT Department’s update queue over the summer.  Either way – the Quaver Tech Checkup will only take a few minutes and help you start the school year on the right foot!

The Tech Checkup is one great feature of our new Support Hub at

While you’re there, feel free to look around for additional technical support, answers to frequently asked questions and new opportunities for professional development on Quaver programs.

In addition to the Tech Checkup – we also recommend confirming that the Pop Up Blocker in your browser of choice has been disabled. Many Quaver resources open in a new window and a Pop Up Blocker will keep you from seeing them. More detailed instructions available here.

As always, if you run into anything you can’t handle, feel free to give us a call at 866 917 3633 (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm CT)!

Cheers to a happy, tech-trouble-free school year!
