WOW!  2013 saw 100%+ growth in Quaver sales and brand new K-5 Curriculum and ClassPlay programs.  We are now in over 1,700 schools and 16 countries around the world.

When asked what’s ahead for 2014, all I can answer is: “a lot!”

threeprograms

You can look forward to our curriculum being extended to sixth through eighth grades. QK-5 users will also be able to search the curriculum and add their own resources to our electronic lesson plans. We’ll have ClassPlay for teachers on the iPad, the District Monitoring System will be finished, and mobile assessments will be possible.

We will make it easier to connect with other Quaver teachers, hear what they are saying, and find answers to any issues you have.  We are attending more conventions than ever this year and look forward to seeing many of you again in your home state!

As we start another new year, it’s a good time to remember that Quaver is exclusively dedicated to music education. All our resources and energies are dedicated to making your jobs as teachers “seriously fun.”

And the students . . well you know they already love Quaver!

Thanks for being a part of our Qmunity last year. Now, hold on to your boomwhackers as we turn up the tempo in 2014!

What would you like to see come out of Quaver’s Marvelous World of Music this year?
Tell us in the comments. We love to hear from you!

Hi Dawn,

We are working on an iPad app for ClassPlay, but if you need a track for a performance, just let us know! We can provide that for you on request. Email info@QuaverMusic.com!

Really excited about the curriculum being extended to 6-8…Any rough ETA on that? Also, is the saxophone episode available yet or is that still in the works?

Hi Nick! The 6-8 Curriculum is set to release in the Fall Semester of 2014 and you can watch this blog for more details as that gets closer! The Saxophone episode is behind that in production, but we have added more woodwind material to the K-5 Curriculum in the meantime. Thanks for your excitement!

My first graders were reviewing their favorite Quaver songs today! They came up with so many!!! One boy, who doesn’t usually talk, wanted to do SILENCE! We did Austin Otto, and Blast Off, and they really sang well one one that they learned early on: Whisper, Talk, Shout, and Sing!
Thanks you so much!

Any chance you could add the Quaver Five to the Options area? We use it a lot. I sing it to them and they echo, but it’s so good for them to hear a male falsetto! I also wonder if you could add a note bank to the Staff Screen that area using “infinite loops” to drag to the staff. Smart Tech has that and it really works great.

Thanks for making 2013-2014 a truly fun year at John F. Kennedy Elementary in Kettering, Ohio!
