On Mondays, we bring you a Tip of the Week here on the blog to make using your Quaver resources easier than ever.

Click Play to listen to our Tip of the Week jingle! (Email readers, click-through to listen to the Tip of the Week Tune)

Today’s Tip of the Week is for Users of  the QK-5 Curriculum or our 30-Day Preview!

Did you know you can click on the Element Title to quickly navigate through a QK-5 Lesson?

Believe it or not, plans change! You may not have time to do every activity in the Quaver Lesson of the day, or something may come up mid-lesson that diverts your carefully scheduled class time. You can easily skip ahead or return to another element in your QK-5 Lesson anytime using the Navigation Bar in your Lesson Plan Presenter.

Instead of using Previous and Next arrows to navigate, click on the title of the Element – such as “Welcome to Beat” – and view all the elements in the Lesson.

NavBar

Click on your new destination to be taken directly to that element, or click again to close!

North Dakota teacher Sarah Jensen loves this shortcut:

In my music room, I have to be on my toes and keep everything going at a fast pace if I want to keep the students’ attention! This is a super quick way to get to where I need to be without having the students sit and wait for me to get there.

When every second counts – you can find this shortcut in the Navigation Bar in your Lesson Plan Presenter:

  • Go to the QuaverMusic.com & Log In to your account
  • Click the Teacher Tab or School Bus Stop Sign
  • Click the Quaver Curriculum Icon
  • Choose a Lesson from the Lesson Selection Screen and Click Launch
  • Click the Title of the Welcome Slide to see all the Elements in the lesson
  • Choose your destination and click!

Try this shortcut and 12 complete QK-5 Lessons in our 30-Day Preview – available now at QuaverMusic.com/Preview
