It’s Your Turn to Choose Quaver’s Costume!

by Abby @ Quaver on October 10, 2013

in At Quaver HQ

Last October, we invited you to participate in our first ever Contest to Choose a Costume for Quaver!

Your students came up with great costume ideas,
then they voted on their favorite submission,
and the winning look appeared in a Live Quaver Webinar:

Do you remember the big reveal?

The winning suggestion – a Giant Ice Cream Cone with Music Note Sprinkles – came from 5th graders in Mrs. Gonzales’ music class at Blandford Elementary School.

Now it’s your turn to suggest the winning costume – and win a Skype call with Quaver for your class!

Yes, once again our fearless leader isn’t sure what to wear for his annual trick-or-treating extravaganza. We need your help to pick the perfect new costume for Quaver!

2013 Halloween Costume ContestHere’s how it works:

  • Ask your students for suggestions for the perfect costume.
  • Leave your ideas in the comments below – as many as you like – between now and October 18th.
  • On the 21st, we’ll tell you the 5 Finalists, and ask you to vote for your favorite! Voting will be open through Halloween!
  • In our webinar on November 5th, Quaver will reveal the winning costume by streaming live in your chosen ensemble!

And the best part is the prize:

The class that suggests the winning costume will win a Skype visit with Quaver – in costume!

So, let’s get started! What do you and your students want to see Quaver wear for Halloween?

Leave your student suggestions in the comments below through October 18th– be sure to leave your email address and indicate which class (Ms. Roy’s 4th grade or Tuesday Chorus, for example) makes each suggestion so we can contact the winners!
