What A Difference A Year Makes!

Here we come!

Looking back, it’s amazing how far we have come at Quaver’s Marvelous World of Music this year.

Last January, we were still working our videos episodes, frantically trying to edit them and make them ready for release in May.  The Teacher’s Guides went through their tenth proof reading, and I lost a bet to Steve Gilreath that he couldn’t find any more typos.

He found over one hundred – trivial to be sure!

Our Kid’s Website – – was ablaze with activity, but we had not been able to get a good sense of what it would be like to use it.  We have subsequently reorganized the navigation system and added extensive helps, improving it every day!

This time last year, no product had been delivered; we had no reviews; and we were just in the process of identifying award organizations to put on our radar.

Now, here we are in December of 2011 and over 150 schools are using Quaver’s Program!  The website has some 15,000 users at last count and we have not even advertised it!  Quaver has won every award we identified and the magazine articles raving about our resources will not quit.

We are headed to a heavy convention schedule next year, telling even more teachers about Quaver.  We have tons more content about to be released on the website for both teachers and kids.  We have our own Qmunity social network, a free smartphone app, and are on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other social media platforms.

Our excellent staff has a year more under their belts, and we are working together better than ever!

And the best news is – we’re just getting started! Next year promises even more dramatic advancements in our quest to make sure every school has Quaver in their music classroom!
